Does anyone know, when a criminal trial is going to occur, who gets a notice of the preliminary hearing? ?
For example, say you are being brought up on felony charges, who would get this notice? You, your lawyer, defense (the District Attorney), and the person who filed the charges? Am I correct in assuming this?
