For instance, say I ask for an attorney and then still admit that I done a criminal act. Can my statement be thrown out since I did ask for an attorney before I admitted what I had done?

I know a person who done just this and I do not want to see his statement thrown out of court!
Ok so lets say this is the exact word for word…

Officers: Did you do such and such

Accused: “I think I should have my attorney present, but I took this girl to such and such and yes it happened”

Can his statement be thrown out? If the statement is suppressed in court?
